This is not as hard to do as it sounds. In fact, this is one of the easiest and fastest areas of your game to get handled. This is even easier to get a handle on if you first do what I suggested in my last article, which is taking your appearance seriously and getting your unique look handled.
The main thing I suggest you do for learning better body language is to watch movies with men that have this mastered. Here are my suggestions on movies and actors to watch that completely have body language mastered to a TEE:
- Oceans 11 (watch Brad Pitt and George Clooney’s characters)
- Fight Club (Brad Pitt again as Tyler Durden)
- Rebel Without A Cause, Giant, & East Of Eden (James Dean)
- Every James Bond movie (Daniel Craig, Sean Connery, & Brosnan have the best body language)
- Top Gun (Tom Cruise and Val Kilmer)
- Mad Men (TV Show, watch the characters Don Draper and Roger Sterling)
- Entourage (TV Show, watch Vincent Chase)
- Billy Bob Thornton (in most of his movies)
- A Streetcar Named Desire (Marlon Brando)
Keep in mind that although most of the characters in these movies are good at attracting women, they are only on this my list because of their body language.
Body language is crucially important. By watching and observing, over and over again, you will quickly begin to adopt and exhibit these movements while you’re out walking around in your everyday life.
You probably won’t even realize it half the time, you’ll just unconsciously start moving the way you saw these characters moving. Don’t worry about being able to interpret a woman’s body language. Trust me if you’re doing this (and everything else I say to do) correctly, the point at which you’ll start attracting her will be easy to spot.
One thing you’ll notice about guys that are very confident (and therefore good with women), is that they make fewer movements. They don’t shift their weight from foot to foot, figit, or fiddle with objects in their hands. There are no unconscious nervous ticks or movements.
They move a little slower, and don’t break eye-contact. Eye contact is also very important, and is THE most crucial part of your body language.
Look every single girl right in her eyes. Communicate to her through your eyes that YOU going to be dominant one, not her, not anyone else.
Making a conscious effort towards having better body language will actually really make you more confident overall. In the beginning, it may feel like you’re just faking it, and you are technically, but it won’t take long before you’ll no longer need to.
Your confident physical movements and presence will turn to autopilot and you’ll be on your way in no time. Not sure what I mean? Take phenibut on an empty stomach, and go walk around a public place. You’ll eventually notice that you all of the sudden have been displaying better body language without having to think about it. Phenibut tends to get you out of your own head.
The ideal however, is to always display great body language anyway, without having to resort to taking something. You want to ingrain this into the new, permanent you.
80% of what we communicate to other people, is non-verbal.
For almost the exact same reasons why dressing well will make you more confident, so will mastering body language.

Hello,
I couldnt understand the relation between dressing well and body language.
Being dressed well boosts confidence subconsciously, and lends it self naturally to having better body language. Its harder to have bad posture (and therefore bad body language) while wearing a suit, or a sports jacket for example. You’ll stand straighter, walk more confidently, etc. The end result is improved body language.
