1.) The 1st thing you need to realize, is what phenibut IS and what phenibut ISN’T.
Phenibut IS a tool in your toolbox. It is something that helps and aids with social anxiety, public speaking, job interviews, and dates with very attractive women. If you suffer from social anxiety, then phenibut will do absolute wonders for you. But what you have to realize about it, is that it will only take you so far. It will only aid you, it will not do it all for you. It will not fix everything for you. In this example, I’m referring to your social anxiety. Some people have social anxiety over specific situations, and some of you have it in a more general sense.
Either way, it’s still the same principal.
It’s a tool, something you pull out of your toolbox to help you with these social situations, that lend themselves to your anxiety.
What I’m really trying to say here: is there are underlying core reasons why you even have social anxiety, and until you address what those core underlying reasons are, then you’re never going to get to the real root of the problem. Phenibut, most definitely will not get to that root of the problem for you, it will just temporarily make you forget there’s a problem there in the 1st place.
This same thing can be said about any medication or substance you take, that aid’s you with specific situations.
You have to get to the root of the issue, if you ever want to truly solve it.

2.) Phenibut carries with it the risk of dependence.
You can get hopelessly ADDICTED to phenibut if you’re not careful. Phenibut is a serious substance and is not to be taken lightly. Taking a drug like phenibut (which again, I still think is a WONDERFUL substance), is a privilege, it’s not a right. This same thing is true of alcohol.
If you have an addictive personality, you shouldn’t even be reading this article, because on some level, you probably already know phenibut is not something you should mess with.
If you have phenibut in your possession, be thankful you do, because it’s harder to get nowadays than it used to be. Just realize that the blessings of phenibut, could easily turn into curses, if you’re not taking it responsibly. The more you take phenibut, the more your tolerance for it rises. The more your tolerance rises, the less enjoyable phenibut becomes.
Once your tolerance reaches this stage, you no longer get those feelings of euphoria phenibut can often give. Be conscientious of how often you take it, and how high or low of a dosage you take.

3.) Phenibut is not a productivity drug (it is NOT a focus agent).
Instead, it’s a social one.
It took me a long time to realize this, but I actually think phenibut greatly inhibits my ability to be productive in a focused sense. If I have a lot of work to get done, the last thing I’m going to take is phenbut. I’ll even go so far as to say its easier to be productive and get things done under the influence of alcohol, than it is with phenibut.
I actually am starting to believe that.
This goes back to the whole thing about knowing what this stuff is, and what it isn’t. If you’re a man chasing excellence, trying to accomplish things, working towards a mission, then you should have goals you’re working towards each day.
Some of those goals can be social, there’s nothing wrong with that. In fact, one or two of them should aim to improve your social skills. An example of this might be starting conversations with attractive women you don’t know, or improving your public speaking. However not ALL of your goals should be social ones, only one or two them. You need to have financial priorities, as well as physical health and fitness ones. Phenibut won’t do much to help you in those areas.
So just realize it you get spacey on phenbut, the rest of your day may very well be shot. You could become limited to only your social priorities the rest of the day. This is why I only take this stuff once a week. If I took it any more than that I’d never get anything done.
