It took me 36 years to realize the secret to living an amazing life.
For most of the time I’ve spent on this earth, I tried to complicate life as much as I possibly could.
Here I’ll discuss how you can avoid making the huge mistake I did.
I did any and everything I could to pack on more and more and more bullshit.
I thought the more I packed on, the better off I’d be.
It made me feel like a badass to ”overburden” myself so that I’d know at the end of each day: that I’d gotten more done that day than most people could handle.
It gave me a false sense of satisfaction, knowing I was able to handle an increased workload, one day to the next, and one week to the next.
And the truth is…I WAS able to.
I’ve come to realize now, however, that my ability to do this didn’t amount to much.
Sure…I built a business from scratch and was able to sell it off after only 4 short years.
I got it running on autopilot, until that business took on a life of its own, and was able to walk on both legs without my constant, never-ending care and involvement.
I shudder to think now, looking back, at how much MORE I could have gotten for the sale of that business if I’d only built it the right way…
If I’d built it the simple way.
You see…the key to success in life, men, is not how much more useless shit you can keep packing on.
The true key to success in life is how many layers of useless shit you can keep peeling back.
How much minuati you can keep peeling away.
The true way to riches, glory, and to living the life you’ve always dreamed of, is…
SIMPLIFICATION.
SIMPLIFY your life men.
Stop getting ”Shiny Object Syndrome”.
Stop entertaining every, single distraction that comes your way.
Turn off ALL phone notifications.
Unsubscribe from ALL email lists (ALL of them…)
Throw away ALL the crap in your drawers you no longer need.
Just get rid of ALL of it.
You’ll probably find (like I did), that this is not as easy to do as it sounds.
You see…your mind wants to hold onto things out of fear, that you may one day ”need” them.
Trust me when I say…you will NOT need them.
Even if you did…you’ll easily know where to go back and find them.
Too much mental & physical clutter will weigh you down.
It will smother you and your mission.
Another thing:
Men chasing true excellence, have their phones on ”DO NOT DISTURB” 23 hours a day.
Stop letting phone notifications and incoming texts distract you from your focus.
You must be RUTHLESS with the limited time you have.
You must not let people, your phone, tear you away from your mission.
From whatever it is you’re trying to build.
You must not let ANYTHING do this.
There are 3 things in life that matter, as a ”Top Tier Man” in the 21st Century:
Money, Muscles, & Game.
That’s it.
Your health, your wealth, and your relationships with girls. Surrounding yourself with a powerful tribe is also helpful.
Always make time to be around other people. Don’t isolate yourself…something that’s all too easy to do in this modern-day world.
This was a mistake I made, for a long time.
A certain amount of isolation is good, but too much will cause you to lose touch with reality.
Too much, will cause you to become self-absorbed, self-obsessed, and a slave to your ego…
This was a mistake I made for years, as a naturally introverted ”Sigma Male”.
Don’t overdo this, as it can come back to one day bite you in the ass.
At the same time, don’t be that guy that’s afraid to be by himself either.
A man who’s chasing excellence MUST possess the ability to work on his own. He must NOT be dependent on other people.
He MUST be self-sufficient, self-reliant, and self-sovereign.
One who incorporates time into his week to accommodate women, as well as time to hang with the guys…
This man MUST not be handcuffed to the need to constantly have distractions yanking his attention in every direction.
He must be focused solely on the road ahead.
He must have an undying, unyielding, unwavering focus on his mission.
He must be OBSESSED with his vision, and must only see distractions peripherally.
The only true way a man building his vision can do this is to strip away, bullshit after bullshit after bullshit…
Until he’s focused ONLY on what matters.
This is it guys, it took me 36 years of my life to realize that THIS is the way forward.
THIS is the light illuminating your path towards greatness.
You once were blind, but now you see.
You once were wayward, but now you walk straight.
You once were lost, but now you’re found.
GET
RID
OF
ALL
THE
NOISE.
Just get RID of ALL of it.
I can’t drive this point home enough men, you don’t need most of the crap you think you need.
In every way possible, simplify your life.
Simplify it physically.
Simplify it mentally.
Simplify it emotionally.
Simplify it spiritually.
Let go of all that was not meant for you…
Let go of everything weighing you down, smothering you.
Let go of your attachment to things that aren’t serving you.
Life is much better this way.
Until next time fellas,
