Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’re probably aware that testosterone rates have been plummeting worldwide for men. There are several reasons for this, but the main ones are environmental toxins, and the so called ”food” we’re eating. Processed carbohydrates and soy being two big ones.
It was scientifically proven in a recent study, that by the year 2040, the sperm count in men will have dropped to such a low degree, that men will be unable to procreate. You can read about those chilling facts right here. To say the very least, this is extremely alarming news to hear. This is a crisis, and something needs to be done about it, FAST.
Of course the reason for the low sperm count, is because of the lowered testosterone levels of men, and where those will be by the year 2040. This could be a 20-part article, because there is just so much to say on this subject. That being said, you can expect to start seeing more posts from me about masculinity, and ways you can optimize it in today’s world.
In this article, I’m going to start us down this deep rabbit hole, by giving you 10 things you can start doing today, that will improve your quality of life as a man. Follow these 10 suggestions, and you’ll vastly see your life start to change for the better.
Everything about your life will improve if you follow these 22 pieces of advice. One day, you’ll wholeheartedly thank me.
1.) Lift weights.
I don’t see how you can even call yourself a man if you don’t lift weights. Don’t have time? Doubtful, if Grant Cardone can find time to lift weights every day, then so can you. Nothing will relieve stress in a man’s life, more than lifting weights will. It’s like my man Richard Cooper always says: ”you gotta pick up heavy shit, and put it down”.
I’ve been lifting weights since I was 14 years old, and I can honestly say its what helped mold me into the man that I am today. It taught me how to fight back against resistance in life. Another benefit to lifting weights is that it will naturally increase your testosterone.
2.) Become a man of your own volition (be free in an unfree world).
There is nothing in my life, that I value more than my freedom. You can take everything from me, everything, so long as you don’t take my freedom. I’ve always maintained a high degree of freedom in my life. I haven’t worked in a job since 2010, and I never will again. The true, core essence of a man, is that he does what he pleases, and no one tells him what to do. I believe achieving and maintaining your freedom, is what will bring you your true happiness in life.
The happiest men I know, or have ever met in my life, are the one’s who have the most choice, the most options, and the most freedom.
3.) Take responsibility for your life, & realize that you are in charge of your own life. Depression is a choice.
To truly be a man, you have to take responsibility for all things in your life. Everything. Very little of your life is accidental. The majority of what happens to you in your life, happens because you allow it to. Outside of the circumstances you were born into, everything that happens to you in your life after the age of 18 (when you officially become a man) is 20% what happens to you, and 80% how you react to it.
Nothing will internally set you free, better or faster than taking responsibility for your own life.
4.) Find a feminine woman (& actually be the man in the relationship).
If you live in the United States, this will be hard to do under the current circumstances we’re living in. Feminine women are out there however, there few and far between, at least in America. You want her to look up to you, you want her to look to you for direction and guidance. You NEVER want to end up with a woman, who is more self-reliant than you are, otherwise why does she need you?
Answer: She doesn’t.
And if she knows she doesn’t need you, then its only a matter of time. When times get tough (and they WILL, sooner or later), the likelihood of her sticking around is not good. Especially in this modern world, where women have an unlimited supply of options when it comes to men.
Having a feminine woman, and declaring yourself the captain of the ship, will also do wonders for your self-esteem (how you view yourself). Men need to feel like men, and its hard to feel like one when she’s constantly barking orders at you.
5.) Stop eating estrogenic foods. Eat meat & only have 1 or 2 meals a day.
It’s easier said than done to completely avoid the environmental toxins present everywhere today. BUT: you have more control than you think you do, and a little effort goes a long way. Honestly, the best thing you can do, is eat only meat from a ranch or farm. The meat you buy at Wal-Mart or the grocery store, is chalked full of GMO’s and other horrible crap.
The best effect on your testosterone level, is to eat a carnivore diet, meaning you only eat food that comes from an animal (meat, and dairy). Again: it’s best to avoid meat from the grocery store, and instead buy meat from a local rancher or farmer. You’ll have to do some research, but it will be worth it.
After all, it’s only you health right?
Also: eating only 1 or 2 meals has immense health benefits (especially one), and will also help you keep your energy and productivity levels high. Not to mention will keep unwanted weight off.
6.) Make more money (& have more options) to raise your testosterone.
It was Victor Pride who once said: ”money will increase your testosterone”. That’s because when you have money, you have options, and when you have options, you no longer have to answer to anyone.
Knowing this on an internal level (that you have options), does wonders to a man’s confidence and self-esteem. The higher your confidence and self-esteem, the higher your testosterone levels will be. This isn’t scientifically proven, but who cares. You need to feel good about yourself, in order to be a man. You can’t really have one without the other.
And besides, why wouldn’t you want money or options anyway?
7.) Gain Weight if you’re too thin or small.
Now I can’t speak too much to this, because I’ve honestly never had a problem gaining size. In fact, have more trouble keeping unwanted weight off. I was ripped and jacked when I was 16 years old, and could bench 320 lbs. at that age, so packing on muscle has never been an issue for me.
But I can tell you, that if you’re a squirly, laffy-taffy looking shrimp, then you have a responsibility to do something about it. You owe it to yourself as a man. Get in the gym, and get going. You’ve been putting it off your whole life, it’s time to act like a man and get some muscle on you.
8.) Get a good night’s sleep (EVERY night).
Although I’m not the biggest fan of sleep, I know that it’s necessary in order to perform at optimal levels in life. Getting a great nights sleep, will increase your testosterone levels. Of course testosterone is what makes you a man, so the two go hand in hand.
Make sure when you sleep, you put your phone on airplane mode, and turn off your Wi-Fi (due to the EMR).
It’s also important to make sure there is no blue light from your computer or cell phone anywhere in the room. Make sure the room is completely pitch black.
9.) Have a life mission, and have single-minded focus.
I’ve said this before, but a man is not really a man, without a mission. This is the basis for the whole reason why I started this website. Every man should have one overarching mission, or goal, that he’s aiming for each day. Every day of your life you should be putting time and attention towards this one primary life goal.
8 times out of 10, this goal will be money-related or will involve you pursuing a better situation with how you earn your living. If you don’t have a life mission yet, then I urge you to figure out what that is, starting today. This goal should be what’s getting you out of the bed each morning.
10.) Limit your consumption of alcohol.
It’s no secret that alcohol is very bad for you. It has been shown to lower your testosterone as well. Excessive drinking is a phase some people go through in their youth. To be a truly effective man, and to get to your destination on time, you need to move past this phase of your life. This is especially true if you’ve reached the age 30. At 30, you’re most definitely at the point where your partying days should be behind you.
Nothing good comes from drinking alcohol in excess, nothing. It will lead to bad things happening to you and your life. And to top it all off, it’s expensive as well.
11.) Don’t be afraid of performance-enhancing supplements
( they will help you optimize your life).
There are a lot of men out there, who fear greatly what they put into their body. I find this to be counterproductive. While I DO advocate that you do your research, and be careful with the body you were given, I also don’t believe you need to overthink or over-complicate things. Here is a quick list of what I have found to be the top performance enhancing substances (each for different reasons):
1.) Phenibut
2.) Kratom
3.) Gorilla Mind
4.) Testosterone (or Testosterone Replacement Therapy).
If taken correctly, these are all safe substances to take and can really take you to the next level of your life. Click on the links above to read the articles I wrote about each of these life-changing performance enhancers.
High achieving men do what is needed to get the most out of their life, if that means consuming performance enhancer of some sort, then so be it.
12.) Give attention to detail: be the inquisitive one in a relationship (especially in matters involving money).
I own a business that helps people with asset protection. I always get a little annoyed when its the female in a married couple’s relationship, who is asking me all the really detailed questions.
It shouldn’t be her asking me these important financial questions, it should be the man. This is always a clear cut sign to me that that guy is a beta, because no true alpha would allow his woman to be the decision maker, when it comes to matters involving the family income.
That is a man’s job, I don’t care what anyone says. Marry a feminine woman, not one who wants to be the financial decision maker. Your woman should look up to, and should fundamentally trust you to make the right decisions for the family.
If she doesn’t, then there is some serious lack of respect going on there (even if its your own respect).
13.) Stress (cortisol) lowers your testosterone.
Stress is another thing you need to be conscientious of. Stress will drop your testosterone, and in turn having low testosterone, will also lead to more stress (because you wont feel like you’re in control).
So it’s a vicious cycle.
A man is someone who is in control. In control of himself, his emotions, and his life. When you’re in control, you don’t have any real need for stress, because again: you are in control of yourself. Stress is a result of over-burdening yourself, or of putting yourself in situation where you have relinquished your control over to someone else.
There is no reason to ever do either of these two things. Never hand control of your life over to someone else, and don’t bite off more than you can chew.
14.) Start looking women & relationships for how they really are, not for how you were ”conditioned” to believe they are. Unplug yourself from the bullshit matrix.
A man will see the world for what it actually is, not for he was told it was when he was an impressionable kid. Becoming red pill aware, means that (often for the 1st time in your life) you’re seeing women for how they really are, not for how you were brought up to believe they are.
The truth about women is neither good or bad, it simply is. Accept things for how they actually are, not for what you selfishly want them to be. It’s only until you start seeing and accepting the real truth, that you can know in your heart you are being a real man.
It takes a man to accept the cold hard truth, because sometimes the truth is shocking. Sometimes the truth is a tough pill to swallow. Trust me, women are not the innocent creatures society wants you to think they are.
